After Chinese New Year and Valentine's celebration, some ladies might think of going on diet, slimming etc. But whatever you do, do remember these 'Never' if you want to stay healthy.
Never SKIP Meals
With the thoughts of skipping meals is equivalent to lesser calorie intake? Wrong! Skipping meals will only adding on your food intake as you starve and you carve for more when you are having your next meal. Eat regularly with a smaller portion will be a wiser choice.
Never Missed Breakfast
You are rushing to work/to school and might not have enough time to have your breakfast. Simply drinking a cup of coffee or Milo to replace your early meal is never a good choice because you are lacking of fuels to start your day and your metabolism rate is just running down! Make sure you have balanced breakfast with proteins, carbohydrates and minerals!
Never Eat Blindly
This doesnt means that you eat with your eyes closed, but eating without thinking! Avoid eating or snacking in front of your TV screen, computer screen or even when you are stuck in the car during peak hours. Because these are the time when you are so engrossed into the plot/work/nothing-to-do-but-to-day-dream situation, and you tend to consume more and enjoy food less. Unless you have the ultimate-best-self-control ever~
