Normal Booth Both days RM150
Premium Booth (4units) RM150/booth/day

Once payment has been made, no refunds are allowed.
Payment can’t be brought forward to the next event.
NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF LAST MINUTE BACKOUT BY VENDORS

To avoid disappointment, please clear payment within 24 hours ( 1 day ) of
reservation.

Your reservation will be automatically released if no payment is received
within the given time frame.

Once payment has been made, print screen/ scan your proof of payment & details above and email to :

Claims of payment will not be entertained with out proof of payment.

Vendor’s Terms and Conditions :-
Set Up. : 10am – 11am
Pack-up : till 8pm

Every vendor is meant to bring their own:
Table cloth & decor items
Racks and display cases
Vendors are responsible for their own visual display / decorations
For booth selling food , only desserts ( cakes , cupcakes & etc ) are allowed to be sold , all other items is strictly not allowed , vendors found in violation of this rule , will be ask to pack up and leave the bazaar premise.
Every booth must be kept clean during and after the event.

Notes :-
Bazaar Ohh Bazaar will not be held responsible for any damage/loss of
items and personal belongings
We would kindly appreciate if cleanliness, safety, and security is observed throughout the duration of the event.
Bathrooms are nearby trading place.
Strictly no alcohol and drugs allowed on the premise.
